We will work to identify your triggers, pendulating between the felt sense of discomfort and of ease, and developing the muscle of distress tolerance— gently approaching the unsettling feelings that arise.

Some of the stones that pave your way forward are formed from making peace with yourself and finding softness with wounded, internal parts. We will do the difficult work of getting curious about those parts instead of pushing them into the shadows.
